TERMS & CONDITIONS - Payments and Privacy

PAYMENT POLICY

All Kinesiology sessions require payment before or on the day of your session. Melanie Faulkner prefers cash and mobile payments via mobile phone bank transfer or  we can accept payment via Square App using card details. Please note card payments via Square App will incur a fee of 3 % in addition to the cost of your session.

PRIVACY POLICY

All client session sheets and files that contain your personal information gathered during a session are confidential and stored in a secure place. Melanie Faulkner will not disclose any information shared in a session to a third party unless asked to do so in writing by the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have made your booking you will be subject to this cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment please provide 48Hrs notice for no fee.  If you cancel within 24 Hrs of your appointment a 50% cancellation fee may apply or  if you do not show up to your allocated appointment time a cancellation fee of the full session fee may apply. Melanie appreciates that there may be unforeseen circumstances in missing or cancelling an appointment. It is at the discretion of Melanie whether or not she will charge you a fee as mentioned above.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Melanie Faulkner will seek to assist the client to balance their energy pathways and work towards your desired outcomes, goals and aspirations. However, the client has self-responsibility for following through with any home reinforcement discussed in a session and for making any important decisions in their life. Melanie Faulkner has no liability for any loss incurred by any client whether financial or otherwise following a Kinesiology session.
